PUBLIC MEETING re community’s proposal for 69 McLachlan Street Thursday 16 November 5.30pm – 6.30pm

Having achieved a pause in the sale of 69 McLachlan Street, we now need to clarify to Council just what the community wants for the site. To this end, we have met with representatives from Great Ocean Road Health, the AB & District Health Foundation, AB Arts Inc, AB Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, and we have also had some further discussions with Council.

We look forward to presenting our findings to the Public Meeting along with 3 options for community discussion that we hope will achieve community support. If successful, we will proceed to submit the proposal to the Council, on behalf of the community.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, we will distribute the proposal by email, social media, and newssheet to enable your feedback. The community's proposal must be submitted to Council by Monday 27 November and will be discussed at the Council meeting on Wednesday 13 December.
