Apollo Bay Community Voice Formal Notice of 2024 AGM
This is the formal notice of intention to hold the AGM of the Association as follows:

Date: Sunday 8th September 2024
Place: Apollo Bay Senior Citizens Centre, 4 Whelan Street, Apollo Bay, Vic 3233
Time: 2pm – 3pm

All members are eligible to vote. For the meeting to proceed, we require a quorum of 10% of our membership. Therefore, if you cannot attend, it is most important to please submit a proxy form. See details below.
Following the official AGM proceedings, we look forward to showcasing a wonderful project in our community. Marrar Woorn Co-ordinator extraordinaire, Karlijn Sas will speak about the incredible initiative of the Food Pantry. Karlijn will speak for around 10 minutes, followed by a Q & A. Everyone is welcome to then stay for tea, coffee, snacks and chats.
